Resolution

  1. Check Email for Instructions: 
    Look through your email or spam for a welcome confirmation messages "Welcome to your ServiceNow Inkling Account". ServiceNow Inkling access details are provided through email.
  2. Whitelist Email:
    Your organization might be preventing the receipt of new learning emails. Ensure that the company has added the email to its whitelist - nowlearning@service-now.com.
  3. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
    Sometimes, stored cache or cookies in your web browser may cause access issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, and then attempt to log in again.
  4. Verify Credentials:
    Ensure that your username and password are entered correctly.
  5. Reset Password:
    If your issue is related to login problems, utilize the security questions established during your initial login to reset your password:
    1. Go to ServiceNow’s Inkling Library
    2. Click Forgot password
    3. Enter your username 
    4. Enter your answers to the security questions.
    5. Enter a new password
