Use the information below to understand the functions when exploring the course catalog.

NOTE: This overview is based on a signed-in user, unless otherwise noted.

 

Instructions

Use any of the following selections:

  • Make a selection from the By Role, By Product, or By Content Type section.
    NOTE: Each of the 3 sections work independently of one another.
  • Select X to close and return to the previous screen.
  • Select the View Entire Catalog button to view the complete catalog list in a new tab.

By Role

Select a specific role to review training focused on a role. The screen updates.

Roles include:

  • Application Specialist
  • Architect
  • Business Process Analyst
  • Developer
  • Implementer
  • Practitioner (Tech Ops)
  • Pre-sales Expert
  • Process User
  • Sales Expert
  • System Administrator Certification
  • Technology Project Manager

By Product

Hover over one of the product areas and select a specific product. The screen updates.

Browse All Products or select a product categorized under one of the workflows, these include:

  • All Products
  • Creator Workflows
  • Customer and Industry Workflows
  • Employee Workflow
  • Platform
  • Technology Workflows

By Content Type

Select a content type. The screen updates.

Content Types include:

  • Instructor-Led Training
  • On-Demand Training
  • Learning Path & Collection

View Entire Catalog (button)

After selection of this button, the complete catalog displays. Use the functions listed below to filter the results screen.

Filtering in the results screen

  • Use the filters on the left to narrow down the results.
    NOTE: Some filter combinations do not display results.
  • Use the header for navigation to key Now Learning areas. For example, select the Explore Catalog button to return to the previous screen.
