Issue Description: Discovery is not working for this IP 198.51.12.119

Cause

Normally this is because credentials have not been copied and entered correctly from the 'Create Credentials' task

Resolution

Make sure the MID Server supplied with the course is 'UP' and 'VALIDATED'

If the MID is Up and Validated, next steps is to try the credentials out:

Go to the windows credentials record you created in an earlier task and test those credentials against the same IP: 198.51.12.119, then that will tell you if the credentials have been entered correctly from the credentials task
