Webassessor errors can occur for different reasons.

Candidate is not associated with voucher. Your Now Learning and Webassessor accounts need to be mapped correctly. Submit a case to ServiceNow.
  • The voucher code is not mapped to your Webassessor account.
  • This can be caused by having multiple Webassessor Accounts.

Refer to Submitting a Support Case for Assistance to request a merge of all of your Webassessor accounts. Specify the account you want your other account merged into.

Exam is a retake attempt or you were previously certified. A voucher can not be applied. You must pay the fee or submit a case to ServiceNow.
  • You have a previous attempt at the exam or are re-entering the program (you were previously certified).
Refer to the Retake Policy - Mainline Exams or the Re-Entry Policy - Mainline Exams for steps to booking your next exam attempt.
You have selected a date beyond the voucher expiration date. You must schedule the exam on or before the voucher expiration date.
  • You are attempting to register for an exam date outside of your voucher's expiration date.
  • As outlined in our Voucher policy which can be found in our ServiceNow Credentialing Program Guide, exams must be scheduled and completed prior to a voucher's expiration date.
Register for an exam date within the voucher's expiration date to utilize your voucher code.
