Webassessor Error | Cause | Resolution |
Candidate is not associated with voucher. Your Now Learning and Webassessor accounts need to be mapped correctly. Submit a case to ServiceNow. |

Refer to Submitting a Support Case for Assistance to request a merge of all of your Webassessor accounts. Specify the account you want your other account merged into. |
Exam is a retake attempt or you were previously certified. A voucher can not be applied. You must pay the fee or submit a case to ServiceNow. |

You have selected a date beyond the voucher expiration date. You must schedule the exam on or before the voucher expiration date. |
