Unfortunately, we cannot troubleshoot specific issues with the standalone PC application due to the infinite possible variables on standalone PCs.
Please do NOT Raise a case as we will be unable to assist with the installation or operations of the RPA PC Application.
Some recommendations are:
- Try to Re-install the application
- Update the plugins (Lab Management>Enable App Installation, then go to plugins, search RPA and update)
- Check the community.servicenow.com pages for help or users who have experienced similar issues.
