Issue

Missing certificates on the Certification Verification portal.

 

Environment

Partner Portal Partner Portal Verify ServiceNow Certification.

Cause

Certification holders must opt-in to the Certification Verification Portal for results to appear.

 

Resolution

The Certification Verification Portal is a public page that allows anyone to view and verify a person’s current certifications. As a certified individual, you have the option to share your credentials. If you opt-in, when someone searches for you via your full name or email address, the portal will show your city, state/province, and country to verify your identity. The portal also displays your current certifications and the certificate date. 

IMPORTANT: Now Learning Support does not complete credential verification for individuals. As a Partner Learner, you must do you own opt-in for third-party verification.

To Opt-In:

  1. Log in to your webassessor account.
  2. Select Edit Profile.
  3. Select Yes for the Certification Verification Portal Opt-In field. If you are a partner, this step can be done from the Partner Portal Profile page.

  4. Verify your certifications display on the Certification Verification Portal.
  5. If all of your certifications do not display, verify your Now Learning profile displays all of your certifications.
  6. If Now Learning does not display all of your certifications, confirm your Webassessor email address is linked to your Now Learning account.
  7. If the issue still persists open a case. Refer to Submitting a Support Case for Assistance.
