Missing Manage Learning Credits link under my profile menu

Issue

I am missing the Manage Learning Credits link under my profile menu and cannot access any of the Company Learning Credit Pools.

IMPORTANT: If the company does not have any credits pools (Active, Future, or Historical) the menu item does not display, even if user has the correct roles to access company credit pools.

Cause

  • Admin may not have the proper role.
  • Admin may not be listed as a manager on one or more credit pools, even though they have the right admin roles.
  • The company does not have any credits pools (Active, Future, or Historical) the menu item does not display, even if user has the correct roles to access company credit pools.

 

Resolution

 

Roles Needed to Access Company Credit Pools

You must be an active Learning Credit Manager for the company account, and listed as a Credit Pool Manager on at least one of the company's credit pools, and have one of the following roles to access and view the Manage Learning Credits menu item and view your Company Learning Credit pools:

  • Customer Sys Admin
  • Customer Training Admin
  • Customer Learning Credit Manager
  • Partner Admin
  • Partner Training Admin
  • Partner Learning Credit Manager

Request Role Access

If needed, submit a role request to your company System Admin or Training Admin.
