Overview
Use the instructions below to purchase a voucher with Learning Credits.
Prerequisites Prior to Claiming Voucher:
- Meet all voucher prerequisites, refer to Prerequisite Conditions Not Met Message. Cannot Claim Voucher
- When paying with LCs you may still need to link your account to your company. For more information see Link to My Company Account Overview.
NOTE: Linking your account to your company account is different than linking your Webassessor account to your Now Learning account. Additionally, signing into Now Learning with a company-domain email address does not indicate you are linked to your company in Now Learning.
Instructions
- You must Sign In (Log In) to Now Learning.
- Select My Learning Profile under your profile icon.
- Scroll down to My Vouchers in the left side navigator.
- Select the Claim button to claim your voucher.
IMPORTANT: To be eligible to claim your voucher (purchase your voucher), users must meet the voucher prerequisites. If the Prerequisites button displays Refer to Prerequisite Conditions Not Met Message. Cannot Claim Voucher. - Select Pay and Begin.
NOTE: If no payment is due, select the Start button. Do not continue with these steps. - Pay for the voucher:
- Select the Pay with Learning Credits radio button on the tile.
Image example of Learning Credit tile. - Select the Continue button. The screen that displays varies depending on how your company learning credit pools are managed.
- Select the Pay with Learning Credits radio button on the tile.
- Proceed using one of the links below, depending on what displays after selecting the Continue button.
Select a Pool to Use Credits From
- Select the pool to use for credits.
- Read and agree to each of the following agreements, then select the I have read checkbox for each. The Complete Payment (Purchase) button becomes active.
- The ServiceNow Terms & Conditions.
WARNING: The Complete Payment (Purchase) button is not available until ALL of the items have a checkmark, indicating completion. Many support cases are submitted when this is incomplete. Look closely and make sure ALL the checkmarks and checkboxes are complete. If you do not read and agree to the agreements below, the Pay and Begin (Purchase) button cannot be selected.
- The ServiceNow Terms & Conditions.
- Select the Purchase Content button. The Summary Completion screen displays.

IMPORTANT: You will have one year from the date of course, path, or simulator completion to both purchase a voucher and complete the corresponding certification exam in Kryterion/Webassessor. - Review your payment confirmation information. This completes your voucher purchase, do not continue with additional steps.
- An email confirmation is sent after your purchase is complete. This includes the Transaction ID and Receipt.
- Check SPAM folder if not in your Inbox.
- If email is not received within 24 hours, contact Now Learning Support. Refer to Submitting a Support Case for Assistance.
The Learning Content Request Form Displays (Approval Required)
The Learning Content Request Form displays if your company credit pool is Managed and requires an approval request to use credits. The pool's credits must be allocated to users by a Learning Credit Manager for users to spend the credits. Users cannot see the entire pool's balance, only the number of credits allocated to them.

- Select the company learning credit pool that indicates approval is required.
IMPORTANT: If you do not select the company learning credit pool and read and agree to the agreements below, the Request Credits button cannot be selected. - Read and agree to each of the following agreements, then select the I have read checkbox for each. The Request Credits button becomes active.
- Select Request Credits. The Learning Content Request form displays.
- Select a Learning Credit Manager.
- The Content field should automatically default to the Voucher Content item. If this field displays the wrong content, use the pulldown arrow to select the correct content for the voucher.
- Select the Submit button. The Task form displays. You will receive follow-ups from your Learning credit manager regarding your request.
NOTE: After the Learning Credit Manager approves the learner will get an email with the voucher confirmation details.
