Overview
If your company holds Partner status with ServiceNow, you will need to create your account in the Partner Portal to access the training and discounts available. Once this request is approved by the Partner Verification Team and your company’s account manager (which can take up to 72 hours), the account in the Partner Portal will automatically create a Now Learning account with the proper access. If you already have a Now Learning account, your partner registration will sync with your current account and grant you Partner access and benefits.
Instructions
- Enter your email on the Request Partner Portal Access Form: https://partnerportal.service-now.com/onboard?id=email_validation&from=self_register.
- Enter Special Characters noted on the Request Partner Portal Access Form.
- Select Send Validation Code. This will trigger a verification email to continue in the registration process.

- The system will populate companies based on your work email address. If the correct company account is not showing on the list, users can search the company name using the search function. Select the correct company, then click the Select button.
- Enter your contact information, agree to the Terms of Use, and click Submit.
- This will send the request to your company’s admin to approve. Once approved, you will receive an email that needs to be accessed within the first 24 hours of receipt. (Check your spam!)
