Solution:

  • Change your Application Scope back to Global
  • Go to the Lab Management module and choose the Repair Machine Learning option
  • Run the repair
  • Go to the Vocabulary Sources module
  • Go down the list for the English language options and choose the Synch button
  • The items should start saying 'Synching in Progress'
  • Once all of the EN items are complete, try the lab again
