About this Course

The Service Graph Connector for Microsoft SCCM (SG-SCCM) imports Microsoft SCCM data into the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) application. The integration does not write to the Microsoft SCCM database. The integration pulls data for computers, processors, operating systems, disks, networks, and software from the Microsoft SCCM database. Scheduled imports bring relevant Microsoft SCCM data into the ServiceNow instance from the Microsoft SCCM database and map the data to the appropriate tables in the CMDB. Full or incremental data imports can be configured. The import is achieved leveraging the free Service Graph Connector for Microsoft SCCM, which requires a JDBC connection to the Microsoft SCCM SQL database via a MID Server.
