Solution

If you are directed to SELF SERVICE - KNOWLEDGE and you cannot find the knowledge base article you are looking for, it
most likely is because the KB Article Expiry date has run out.

You can still get to the Knowledge Article and the attachments and lab files required by browsing on the back end to the
knowledge article.

 

In the left-hand navigator go to:

- KNOWLEDGE > ARTICLES > ALL

  • Check their for a kb article named something like: Lab Files
  • Open the article
  • The files should be there as attachments.
