Creating a Virtual Agent topic task issue

Please make sure you have installed the latest version of "sn_itsm_va" plugin, if that is not the case, please repair the plugin to upgrade it to the latest version.

Cases have been reported that the ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations store app does not show "installed" after installing the app. If this occurs on your student instance, please do the following:

  • Navigate to Lab Management > Enable App Installation (4 hours).
  • Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.
  • Search for the ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations app, select the current store app version (see the store page), and click install.
