Issue

Unable to view Sales and Pre-Sales content.

 

Environment

Now Learning Profile , Certification menu item,  Get Certified.

 

Cause

Only users with a Partner status have the ability to see the Sales and Pre Sales content. For non-partner, they will not see the  Pre Sales Experts and Sales Experts content cards on the Get Certified page in Now Learning.

 

Resolution

If your company holds Partner status with ServiceNow, you will need to create your account in the Partner Portal to access the training and discounts available. Refer to instructions Create an Account in the ServiceNow Partner Portal.

Once this request is approved by the Partner Verification Team and your company’s account manager (which can take up to 72 hours), the account in the Partner Portal will automatically create a Now Learning account with the proper access. If you already have a Now Learning account, your partner registration will sync with your current account and grant you Partner access and benefits.
