About this Course

The Mobile Agent app has the capability to provide access to screens, launcher screens, and functions offline. This allows process users and field agents to continue to access their work, make updates, and even resolve tasks and incidents when mobile data and WiFi are not available. Making updates while offline helps the agents meet the SLA timelines and access important information to keep them up-to-date and enhance efficiencies.
