About this Course
Change management is the process for managing the lifecycle of all changes through a formal approach to documentation, risk assessment, and minimization of conflicting changes. This course examines the final stage in the lifecycle of a normal change, which is Review and Closure. During this stage, a post-implementation review may be conducted before the change is formally closed.
