About this Course
This course features a series of hands-on lab exercises which will walk you through the process of recording automation using the Universal UI Recorder. In turn, you will learn to pass data from ServiceNow to an automated process using Queues.

This course is intended for technical staff who will be designing and building automated processes.

• | The lab instance spun up for this course is available for three days. |
• | Take a note of the expiration date - this is when your instance will be terminated so be sure to finish your labs before this date. |
• | Extensions are NOT available. |
• | The ServiceNow instance will be periodically paused to save resources. Whenever you wish to work on your instances you will be able to return here and hit the 'unpause button' which will be displayed in the course overview header at the top of the page. |
