Overview
Use the instructions below to view/confirm if you are linked to your employer's account. If you are linked, you have access to company benefits. Whether or not you are linked is confirmed by information displayed.
IMPORTANT: Using your employer's domain (for example the corporate email address: employee@xyzcompany.com) when you log in is not an indicator that you are linked to your employer's account in ServiceNow.
Instructions
- Sign In (Log In) to Now Learning.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to login using your employer/corporate email address. - Select My Profile from your profile menu. The profile menu is located in the top right of the screen with your initials. The My Profile heading and its subheadings display on the left side of the screen.
- Select the My Company Access subheading.
- Review the information displayed for your company account status.
- Use the table and images below as reference and potential actions.
Information Displayed, What this Indicates, and Potential Actions Information Displayed

- To request an additional role, refer to Request Access From Admin for Company Benefits Overview.
You are NOT linked to your company account. - Complete the two fields on the form and Submit to request a role (required access) to get linked to your company account.
