To view your Mainline Credentials in your Now Learning profile and receive notifications, you must link your Webassessor account to Now Learning.

IMPORTANT:

• These instructions assume you already created a Webassessor account. If you do not have a Webassessor account refer to Create a Webassessor Account.
• It is important to maintain only one Webassessor account and one Now Learning account as you continue your credentialing journey.
• Our recommendation on email addresses:
  • Due to companies enforcing security policies for emails and the fact that certification is earned by the individual, we recommend you use your personal email address in Webassessor. The personal email address can be linked to your Now Learning account. This ensures you receive all important exam registration notices, password reset emails, and test completion emails from Webassessor.  In addition, should you leave your current employer you will be able to access Webassessor.
• If you have any of the conditions below, do not follow these instructions, create a case. Refer to Submitting a Support Case for Assistance.
  • You can’t access or change details on your existing account. Do not create new accounts.
  • You have multiple Webassessor email accounts. In the Description field include:
    • Your full name
    • The Webassessor email account you want to maintain.
    • All other Webassessor email accounts you want to merge into the email account you are keeping.

How do I link my Webassessor Account to Now Learning so that my credentials (certifications) display?

To view your Mainline Credentials in your Now Learning profile and receive notifications, you must link your Webassessor account to Now Learning.

Instructions

1. Enter your ServiceNow credentials to Sign In (Log In) to Now Learning. The Hi (username) screen displays.
2. Select your profile icon, then select My Profile from the list. The profile menu is located in the top right of the screen with your initials or image.  
3. Expand the My Preferences menu on the left side menu, then select Webassessor Email Address.

4. Select Edit and enter the primary Webassessor email address you use to access ServiceNow's Webassessor.
   NOTE: You can only have one Now Learning account synced to your Webassessor account.

5. Select the Save button. You will receive an email with the subject line Confirm Webassessor Account.
   NOTES:
   • This email is sent to your Webassessor email address not your Now Learning, SSO, or any other email address.
   • If you have not received a verification email, check your spam folder.
6. Verify your Webassessor account. You must verify this email to link your account within 24 hours.
7. If you already have achievements, view these by expanding the My Achievements, then select My Certifications from the menu. Your credentials display.
   IMPORTANT: It can take a couple of hours for you to see your credentials in Now Learning after verifying your Webassessor account.
