Overview

You can now create a ServiceNow ID with a Single Sign-On (SSO). Use the instructions below to Sign Up for a ServiceNow ID.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

If you are employed by a partner, do not follow these instructions. Refer to Requesting access to your partner company account

If you created an account (have a ServiceNow ID) in another ServiceNow system/site, then you already have the required credentials. Examples of other ServiceNow sites are:

• ServiceNow University
• Community
• Developer

After creating your ServiceNow ID, verify your ServiceNow University account is associated with your company account so you can benefit from any associated discounts. Refer to Linking to your company account overview

Instructions

Sign Up for a ServiceNow ID

1. Select the Sign Up link at the top of the ServiceNow University homepage . The Sign up for a ServiceNow ID screen displays with a form to fill out to create a new ServiceNow University account.
   NOTE: The Sign Up landing page may display by default.

2. Complete the following fields:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email
   • Country (Make a country selection from pulldown field.)
   • Password
   • Confirm Password
   • reCAPTCHA (Select the box to add a checkmark in the I'm not a robot checkbox.)
3. Read and acknowledge the agreement by selecting the checkbox. (I have read and agree to ServiceNow website Terms of Use and understand that my personal information is processed in accordance with Privacy Statement.)
   
   Use the image below as reference for the form fields displayed, and the location of the Sign Up button to submit the completed form.
   
   
   
4. Select the Sign Up button. The Thank You screen displays, directing you to locate an email in your Inbox to verify your account.
   IMPORTANT: Check the SPAM folder if the email is not in your Inbox. The link is valid for 1 day.
5. Select the Verify Email button in your email. The page that appears may vary depending on where you started the process. This will complete the Sign Up for your ServiceNow ID. Once finished, you will receive a Welcome Email with additional resources.
